§ 01 — About
Sajan Maharjan is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy at CiST College (Central Institute of Science and Technology), Kathmandu, affiliated to Pokhara University, where he has been teaching since October 2016. He teaches Natural Product Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Spectroscopy, and Pharmaceutics to both B.Pharm and M.Pharm students.
Prior to academia, he served as a Quality Control Officer at S.R. Drug Laboratories for four years (2012–2016). He also owns and operates Atut Pharmacy, a community pharmacy, since 2019.
A Faculty Topper at Kathmandu University (CGPA 3.86) and College Topper across all four years at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, his research spans drug delivery systems, natural product chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, and quality assurance.
